Daily Standups¶
Daily standups are the core feature of Daylee. Each day, Daylee prompts your team members for updates, collects their responses, and generates an AI-powered summary report posted to your team’s Slack channel.
The daily standup cycle:
Prompts — Daylee sends a DM to each team member at the scheduled time asking for their update.
Updates — Members reply with what they did, what’s next, and any blockers. They can also skip with a reason.
Report — At the scheduled time, Daylee collects all updates and generates a report with an AI summary highlighting key themes, blockers, and achievements.
Admins configure the standup schedule, prompt text, and report delivery from the Daily Standups option in the team overflow menu on the App Home tab. See Teams - Daily Standups for configuration details.
